Our bonus contests are exciting. The following contest rules, awards and eligibility requirements will apply. Please read the new rules carefully and let us know if you have any questions about how the contests will be run.
Contest Eligibility Requirements:
Your account must be paid and in good standing. You must either be a current GDI Premium customer, or have purchased at least ten (10) DVDs through your GDI account. The GDI Premium or DVD purchase must have been made during the same week or prior to the week for which you wish to qualify.
Your referrals will be counted for one calendar week. A "week" is defined as 12:00am Monday through 11:59pm Sunday, Pacific Time.
The formula is simple: For every 5 new accounts signed up by an affiliate during the indicated date range, they receive $100. Only new signups that convert to paying customers on our first charge attempt on their 7th day when their free trial ends are counted towards bonuses.
Because of our free 7-day trial, there is a one week delay after the contest week ends before your number of confirmed referrals can be determined. Each person will only ever count once toward a weekly bonus and must be an active paid account in good standing at the time of bonus calculation.
You'll need a PayPal or Alertpay account to collect your prize money. Affiliates in good standing may earn unlimited weekly bonuses.*
How Winners are Determined:
One week after the last day of the contest week, actual, confirmed winners are determined as the free trial members become paid affiliates. Because of our 7-day free trial offer to new affiliates, we do not know which affiliates will become paying customers until they are charged for their account at the end of the 7-day trial.
Affiliates who cancel their account prior to being charged DO NOT COUNT toward the bonus contests. The contests only count actual new affiliates from whom we are able to obtain the $10 fee on our first billing attempt.

$10K in 10 Days Contest
The $10K in 10 Days contest awards $1,000 to the top referring sponsor during a single contest day, defined as midnight (00:00) to 11:59PM (23:59) Pacific Standard Time. This contest begins December 1st 2010, and ends on December 10th 2010. To participate, your account must be in good standing. A qualified referral includes any new affiliates directly referred by you, and successfully becomes a paid, active affiliate by the end of the 7-day Free Trial period. During the contest day, all referrals generated for a sponsor will be tallied on the Potential Leaderboard for this contest. In the event of a tie, the award will be divided equally to all winners. Due to the nature of increased abuse regarding bonus contests, a delay of 9 days will be enforced for payment of any bonuses. This allows for all referrals to successfully convert to paid, active affiliates, and allows for the winner's payment to be processed. All qualifying referrals are subject to review prior to a winner being determined. GDI reserves the right to determine eligibility of qualifying referrals and/or participating affiliates.
$10,000 December Trio Contest
The $10,000 December Trio contest awards a total of $10,000 to the top 3 referring sponsors over the course of 31 days, defined as midnight (00:00) on December 1st 2010 to 11:59PM (23:59) on December 31st 2010, Pacific Standard Time. Prizes are awarded are $5,000 for first place, $3,000 for second place, and $2,000 for third place. To participate, your account must be in good standing. A qualified referral includes any new affiliates directly referred by you, and successfully becomes a paid, active affiliate by the end of the 7-day Free Trial period. Due to the nature of increased abuse regarding bonus contests, a delay of 14 days from the close of this contest will be enforced for payment of any bonuses. This allows for all referrals to successfully convert to paid, active affiliates, and allows for the winner's payment to be processed. All qualifying referrals are subject to review prior to a winner being determined. GDI reserves the right to determine eligibility of qualifying referrals and/or participating affiliates. In the event of a tie, GDI will review all qualifying accounts and split the reviewed cash prize evenly amongst those tied.
Daily Gift Contest
The Daily Gift contest awards a prize to a randomly-selected sponsor each day, defined as midnight (00:00) to 11:59PM (23:59), Pacific Standard Time. To participate, your account must be in good standing. Sponsors are awarded one "entry" per new prospect referred who also purchases premium, with no daily limit. Additionally, any affiliate who purchases Premium for the first time (either from initial registration or from within the Member's Area) will receive one "entry". Sponsors do not have to be Premium affiliates themselves to participate. However, to increase your odds of winning, becoming a Premium affiliate results in your number of daily "entries" to be doubled. This perk is only available for affiliates whom are active Premium users the day of the gift contest. Due to the nature of increased abuse regarding bonus contests, a delay of 9 days from the close of each contest day will be enforced prior to disbursal of your prize. This allows for all referrals to successfully convert to paid, active affiliates, and allows for the winner's prize to be processed. The winner shall be selected randomly from all awarded "entries" for a specific day. Many days, more than one winner may be selected when multiple prizes are at stake. All qualifying premium referrals are subject to review prior to a winner being determined. GDI reserves the right to determine eligibility of qualifying referrals and/or participating affiliates. In the event that an affiliate is unable to receive a prize (unable to ship to their location, etc.), a cash-alternative may be claimed for the retail value of the prize awarded. If a prize is unclaimed after 72 hours of notification, a new "entry" will be drawn for the affected date. Winners will be announced via Facebook, Twitter, and from within the Member's Area exclusively.

Our Heavy Hitter Bonus has been increased to $5,000!
Any affiliate referring 1,000 or more paid affiliates in any consecutive 4 week period is eligible to receive the Heavy Hitter Bonus. The bar has been set high! Are you a heavy hitter? Show us what you're made of by referring 1,000 new affiliates in a month and you'll be taking home an extra $5,000 in addition to the thousands per month you'll quickly be making in residual commissions.
Heavy Hitter Bonus Requirements:

Only customers we successfully bill on the first charge attempt count towards this bonus.

Announces Our NEW Infinity Override
Since we first launched our Income for Life affiliate program in May of 2004, we've had people asking us "How do I earn the BIG bucks in GDI?". We've been running incredible referral contests, with many reps earning thousands of dollars in bonus money per month.
However, for you serious players - the people who want to shoot for the moon - we're about to answer the BIG QUESTION, "How do I earn the big bucks in GDI?".
By getting paid on ALL levels,
down to infinity, that's how!
Don't get us wrong, our current pay structure is paying out TREMENDOUS COMMISSIONS to those of you who are serious about building your GDI business (many already approaching 5 figures monthly) but this takes it to the next level - allowing the real "go getters" to reach a level of income they've only dreamed about until now.
How this works is still very simple.
Imagine being paid not only on 5 levels, but on levels 6 through INFINITY. That could amount to some BIG extra income from the same amount of work. That's what the Infinity Bonus is all about.
This will achieve the INFINITY OVERRIDE and you'll qualify to earn a 10% "unlimited levels" override, which pays down to the next qualifying "Infinity Override" on any given leg.
On the final day of each month, you must have a minimum of 10 personally-referred, active, paid accounts in good standing on your level 1, who each also have a minimum of 10 personally-referred, active, paid accounts in good standing on their level 1. In addition, you must have a total of 5000 or more active, paid accounts in good standing within the first 5 levels of your downline. Obviously, your own account must be an active, paid account in good standing as well.
Infinity overrides must be re-earned each month in accordance with the previously mentioned requirements. Earning the override one month, does not guarantee you the same override every month. If you fail to qualify after previously receiving the override, you remain eligible to try for it in future months as specified above.
The infinity override will extend all the way down throughout your entire downline below level 5, except in instances where someone else in your downline also achieves an infinity override for the same month. In such cases, the infinity override will be paid for your level 6 and below, except for the branch below you that also earned it. Payment on level 6 and below for that branch will be made to the lowest person in the downline achieving the override, as any one branch will never be paid twice for infinity overrides in the same month.
Additional commissions earned as a result of the infinity override only applies to levels 6 and below. Anything in levels 1-5 will be paid as usual for all affiliates. Likewise, this does not mean you will be paid a second time (double) for accounts in levels 1-5.
Will it be easy to qualify for the Infinity Override? Of course not. Nothing worth working towards ever is.
However, achieving this title and earning commissions on more than 5 levels IS SIMPLE. You do it the same way you referred your first member. Show the movie, then follow-up. Then, teach all of your front liners to do the same. If you keep doing this for as long as it takes, YOU can earn the Infinity Override. Sticking with the GDI program and your daily marketing plan is the key.
And, new affiliates that you refer, then transfer to one of your frontline members DO count towards the requirement.
